SC . He was inspired with music
by both his mother and father. Mark grew up with

musician whom was already established in the today’s
beach music market. This collaboration went on to
claim many Carolina Beach Music Awards such as Group
of the Year, Song of the Year, Male Vocalist, and
Entertainer of the Year. Mark was nominated for

Terry Nash- Keyboards, B-3 Organ
Where it all started--I remember
A player piano in the 1st home that I lived in.
My parents and older siblings listened to a vast
array of musical styles...so my musical influences
are many. I started playing drums at the age of
5. Moved on to guitar at the age of 8. I started
playing a Hammond organ at age 10. I fell in love
with the instrument and have been playing Keyboards
ever since. I played at church from time to time
and sang in the youth group. I've had the pleasure
of working with some great musicians and artists,
many of whom have become awesome friends! I have
played in groups and recorded with members of--James
Brown, The Funkadelics, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, Robert
Palmer, Steve Boone (Lovin' Spoonful), Will McFarlane
(Muscle Shoals And Bonnie Raitt), Jeff Cook (Alabama),
and Willie Nelson...I have played keyboards for--The

Brothers Review, Percy Sledge, William Bell, Archie
Bell, Ronnie Dove, Troy Shondell (Tommy James &
the Shondells), Alive and Kicking (you know-Hold
On Just A Little Bit Tighter Now Baby), Brian Johnson
(lead singer for AC/DC), Diedre Farr, And Nantucket...I've
performed music for Alan Alda's movie Betsy's Wedding
as well as having a musical part in the movie...I
also had the pleasure of working with Andy Griffith
on Matlock in a musicians role on the show...I played
keys on a project for friend Lenny Loftin (actor
and songwriter) funded by Mega actor Russell Crowe
which was produced by David Willkins...The last
big media session that I've participated in is playing

Dan has been a fixture
in the music business and drumming community for
over 30 years. Dan began his drumming career
with a practice pad and a pair of sticks at the
age of 9 at his local elementary school. By
middle school he was playing in the school’s
concert bands. It is about this time he got his
first drum set as a Christmas present. During
his HAS. years, Dan played in every music
project he could: Concert Band, Orchestra,
Marching band, Jazz band; working on every
aspect of drumming and percussion skills. During
his senior year of H.S. he worked as a drum
instructor at a local music store. Also in his
senior year of H.S., Dan won the Louis Armstrong
Jazz Award for the state (usually reserved for
horn players). After High School Dan formed the
pop/rock band Zed Pawl (which had regional
status and was signed to Blue Ash Records in
Columbus, Ohio.) During this time, freelance
session work and "jingles" helped blossom his
studio experience. Dan became the staff session
drummer for Future Sound Recording Studio in
Marion, Ohio as well as the drum instructor at
the Marion Music Academy.
In 1983, Dan began a 6-year stint in the USAF.
He played in numerous bands during this time and
in 1986 while playing with the Air Force Band he
worked with Bob Hope in his NBC TV special;
working with such acts as Alabama, Glen
Campbell, Lucille Ball and The Spinners to name
a few. Dan has also worked with acts such as .38
Special, Rare Earth, DJ Fontana, David Ball and
Ronnie McDowell.
After the Air Force, Dan worked with bands
throughout the mid-west playing festivals and
fairs while working a "real Job" as supervisor
of an iron foundry. Six years ago while
vacationing on Oak Island, NC he and his family
decided to make the move to "paradise". He
formed TNT Productions, a music entertainment
company. He then formed his own group, Hot Wax,
played with Greg Moseley and the Carolina
Players, The Gary Lowder Band and finally found
his niche with Mark Roberts and Breeze.
